The Dallas Cowboys lost a 24-10 lead in the fourth quarter on Sunday, snapping a 69-game home streak in which they held a double-digit advantage late in the game. Arizona won 33-30 in overtime.

The Cardinals missed a point-after kick with six seconds left in regulation. That miss kept the score tied at 30-30 and sent the game into extra time. Dallas allowed 20 points in the final quarter despite playing with backup quarterback Gardner Minshew. This marks the Cowboys' second improbable loss this season.

Owner Jerry Jones told reporters he is not considering firing head coach Brian Schottenheimer despite a 3-5 record. Jones stated, “that’s not in my mind at this time.” Quarterback Dak Prescott shared the blame, saying, “It’s all of us; don’t put the blame on one person.”

The offense struggled to find rhythm. Dallas averaged only 3.6 yards per play. The rushing attack managed just 2.4 yards per carry. Arizona committed two turnovers and went 8 of 18 on third down, yet still secured the victory.

The Baltimore Ravens lost 36-10 to Buffalo on Sunday. Quarterback Lamar Jackson was placed on injured reserve after an injury to his throwing hand. He will miss at least four games. Backup Tyler Huntley also left the game due to an injury, forcing the Ravens to rely on a third-string option.

The Cleveland Browns suffered a 27-6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Deshaun Watson was sacked eight times. This result extends the Browns' losing streak in Pittsburgh to 23 games. The Steelers are now 6-2 and hold a record for the most consecutive home victories against a single opponent.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated Atlanta 16-0 without completing a single pass. They rushed for a franchise-record 324 yards. The team has not completed a pass in a win since 1974. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Chargers lost 24-9 to the Rams. They have now gone 27 drives without scoring a touchdown, the longest such streak in the league since 2024.
