The Vegas Thrill will play 26 regular-season matches in 2027. The schedule was released on Friday, marking the first official calendar for the team since it paused operations during the 2026 season.
The regular season starts on Thursday, January 7, at 6:30 p.m. The Thrill will host the Omaha Supernovas for the opening contest. The season concludes on Friday, April 23, when the team hosts the Los Angeles Thunder. Thirteen of the 26 games will be played at Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson. The remaining 13 matches will take place on the road.
Michael Landier, the team’s owner and CEO, confirmed the release of the schedule. Landier took over the organization during the 2026 operational pause as the club transitioned to local ownership. “The schedule is here and the countdown to the Vegas Thrill’s return is officially on,” Landier said. He added that the team looks forward to welcoming fans back to Lee’s Family Forum for the upcoming season.
Rachel Morris will serve as head coach for the 2027 campaign. The coaching staff and player group have been assembled in preparation for the new term. The Thrill recently finalized a 20-player roster ahead of the upcoming training camp.
Training camp begins on Monday, November 2. Players will report for the start of the physical preparation period. The team has not yet announced final broadcast details or times for most of the 26 games. The only confirmed times so far are for the opening match and several other home and away contests, which are set for 6:30 p.m.
The schedule includes matchups against ten different Major League Volleyball teams. The Thrill will travel to opponents in Omaha, Minnesota, Washington, D.C., Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Orlando, Atlanta, Columbus, and Grand Rapids. Home opponents include the Omaha Supernovas, Orlando Valkyries, DC Flight, NorCal Rumble, Minnesota Forge, Atlanta Vibe, Grand Rapids Rise, Columbus Fury, and Los Angeles Thunder.
The team has asked fans to subscribe to its email list for further updates. Additional game times and broadcast information are expected to be released in the coming weeks. The 2027 season represents the return of competitive volleyball to Henderson after the 2026 hiatus.
